Jemima West, an English-French actress, was born on 11 August 1987. She spent most of her life in Paris. She is most famous for her works as Isabelle Lightwood in the film adaptation of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones. Later, She encased her skills in the face of Alice Whelan in Indian Summers, a British drama series which was one of her Golden characters.

Police Scientifique, Ben & Thomas, Josephine Ange Gardien, and Trouble Paradis.
Jemima starred alongside Florence Foresti in King Guillaume, her second film role. In Paradis Criminal (2009), west was a part of a two-part thriller series entitled Who Killed Little Red Riding Hood as Louisa.
Then In 2010, She played the role of Rose in a French mini-series Maison Close. In which she worked with Anna Charrier and Valerie Karsenti.
Jemima also worked in a film created as the adaptation of the first book The New York Times, from one of the best-selling series The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones as Isabelle Lightwood.
