Early Life – Education and Birth Place
Ronela was born in 1989 and raised in Tirana, part of the Perople’s Socialist Republic that is currently Albania. She has had a career in performance through singing and dancing competitions. After her competition career, she officially joined her music career. She focused on her career from her childhood as one can go back to read Frankie Corio. Her mother is from Korce and her father Marash Hajati came from Shkoder. Hajati has been into music and dancing from her early years therefore she chose to go with piano and ballet in elementary school. She also participated in various singing and dancing competitions at her school. Later, she continued her career with competitions including Top Fest and Kenga Magjike.
Struggle and Career of Ronela Hajati
She attained a significant image in May 2013 in Albanian-speaking Balkans after the release of Mala Gata, her solo song. Later in the same year, she won an internet award in the 15th edition of Kenga Magjike when she participated with her song Mos ma Isho. Moreover, she rose to the top 31 in Albania from her song A do si Kjo. Ronela peaked in the top 13 again in 2016 from Marre.
From 2017 to 2018, Hajati released Mos Ik, Maje men, Sonte, and Do ta Luj at once. She reached the top 30 in Albania. After that in 2019, she achieved number 6 in Albania from her song Pa Dashni. In the same year, She collaborated with the famous Albanian rapper Don Phenom and released the song Cohu, which followed the chart success. Rpnela portrayed a similar kind of successful career as Amanda Louise Holden and Sofia Vergara did. Later in 2019, she released 10 follow-up MVs which contained her top 10 solo song, Lage, her first number 1 single.
In 2020, She composed and produced the anthem of the Albanian football club KF Tirana, Bardh’ e blu.
PRON and Eurovision
Ronela announced her first studio debut album in 2021, PRON. Her song Prologue, the lead single, charted top 19 in Albanian top 100 in the first month, Later it rose to the top 2. Later in Ulcinj (Montenegro), another lead song was selected for a nomination for the award in the Netet e Klipit Shqiptar Gala, Shume i Mire appeared to be top 15. Hajati released Aventura in late 2021 and attained the third top position in Albania.
Radio Television Shqiptar reported in November 2021 that Hajati was shortlisted for the 60th edition of Festival I Kenges with her song Sekret. However, despite being a favorite Sekret could not make it to the finals. Later, the song participated in the Eurovision Song Contest, reaching 3rd position in Albania and number 67 in the Greece charts. Hajati was also selected For the Semi-finals of Unavove per San Marino out of 106 acts in the Eurovision national selection process. Later, she qualified for 22 finalists.

She adopted pop artist style in the beginning however she diverse her style through her music style of other genres like R&B and Reggae. Once, she announced Michael Jackson as her biggest influencing personality and idol. She has also been idolizing Ricky Martin, a Puerto Rican.
